CrossFit AERE ( D a n i s h t r a n s l a t i o n ‘H O N O U R’ ) head coach and creator Darren has been working in the fitness industry for 9+ years out of a large commercial gym (Fitness First and Goodlife) as a personal trainer and fitness manager.
Through this experience Darren was exposed to many different training philosophies’, training packages and most importantly many varied types of clients with all sorts of goals and ability levels.
At CrossFit AERE we understand that training in a gym can be intimidating at first, we will ensure that your journey will be guided every step of the way so that you feel supported and that there is a purpose and path with all that we work on with you.
We will work with you towards any goal that you may have from fat loss, rehabilitation, strength training for sports and general life requirements.

Our facility includes a vast array of kettle bells and dumbbells, Olympic lifting plates and bars, rowers and assault bikes, ropes, rings, wall balls, skipping ropes, a couple of atlas stones, farmer walk handles and a yoke (thanks Biggie).
